Often we represent an individual or company in receipt of a deal drafted by the other party. We are happy to review and report for a fixed fee where a client wants to minimise legal costs and to conduct negotiations themselves. This type of support is labelled Contract Report and has proved a useful format for those on limited legal budgets and who wish to retain control of negotiations.
